Propel Business Lab
Propel Business Lab is a 12 week business accelerator program for emerging entrepreneurs of various experience levels focused on the particular challenges of doing business in the region, developed by the Palmetto Innovation Center. The program hosts business development lessons alongside technology centric workshops with core cohorts supporting Barnwell, Allendale, Bamberg and Orangeburg businesses with classes hosted at the Palmetto Innovation Center in Barnwell, Allendale campus of USC Salkehatchie, Orangeburg Regional Innovation Center and Voorhees University in Denmark. This year the program is also supporting the development of classes in Greenwood, Newberry, Oconee, and Williamsburg Counties.
Coding Career Connect
Coding Career Connect is a hands-on, beginner-friendly program at the Palmetto Innovation Center designed to turn creativity into real-world web design skills. Participants learn to build and manage professional WordPress websites, gain practical HTML and CSS experience, and prepare for freelance and client workâall with no prior coding experience required. Through expert instruction, real-world projects and career coaching, participants gain the skills and confidence to turn web design into a new career, freelance opportunity, or source of income.
